If you want to add a little something extra to your dishes, these salty and savory flavor bombs pack a punch and crunch that will elevate any meal!

Prep Time 2 minutes
Cook Time 8 minutes
Total Time 10 minutes



  1. Preheat a sauté pan on medium heat. Add ghee and evenly coat the pan.
  2. Drain capers and then add to the pan.
  3. Sauté for 6 - 8 minutes or until golden and crispy, stirring frequently to avoid burning.
  4. Remove from pan with a slotted spoon and place on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess ghee.


Keep a lid close by as the capers will pop and sizzle when added to the pan!
